About Us
We are a young couple that treasures local values, a heartfelt conversation and to connect with others. We appreciate the sound of the breeze, the view of the vineyards, the aroma of the lavender and how it all reconnects us with our soul.
Terranea Casa Rural was originally our country house, which became a place where our guests can stay; savour the wine made with our own grapes and enjoy a "Back to Roots" experience.
We comprise a community of growers, Colonia El Zorzal, that enjoys sharing its lifestyle with visitors.
Our House
It is an 80 year old Country House, renovated with our own hands; it is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with natural, local materials, including thick brick walls and custom furniture. The residence spans more than 135m² (1.450 ft²) of indoor living space, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace and an abundance of natural light. It’s ideal for seniors, families with adult children, couples and groups of friends.

3 bedrooms of 16m² (172 ft²) each, one double with a Queen size bed and 2 singles with 2 Twin size beds each; they all have a desk, linens and a country style wardrobe.

Wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, a sleeper sofa, reading material and a smart TV.
Bathroom
Equipped with a shower, a handheld bidet, towels and toiletries.
Kitchen
It features a fridge, a microwave oven, dinnerware, a coffee maker, a toaster, a boiler, a Mate Tea Set and a breakfast bar.
Dining Room
It’s spacious and luminous and it includes a wooden wine rack with an assortment of our own wines and a selection of fine local wines.
Gardens
Enjoy two outdoor grass areas with sweeping views of the vineyards and olive trees.

We serve season fresh fruits, coffee and teas, sweet jams and toasted country bread.

Location
Terranea Casa Rural is located in Russell, Maipú, 25 minutes south of the city of Mendoza and 40 minutes from the Gabrielli international airport (MDZ).
Directions
- Go South on Ruta 40 (Acceso Sur).
- Go East/left on Ruta 60.
- Go past the 2nd roundabout – Bodega Vistandes – and keep straight on Ruta 60.
- Turn left/North on Castro Barros Street (1st street after roundabout).
- Turn right/East on Espejo Street (2nd street from Ruta 60).
- Go 800 mts. from Castro Barros street.
The address is Espejo 5683. The property is located on the right/South side of the street.
